Rhythm of the Soul minus drums

I wish more of these great drummers, and musicians for that matter would record more albums/CD's that have certian instruments removed so people wanting to pratice to the material could. Weckl did a great thing by making the whole "Rhythm of the Soul" CD available minus drums. This CD has helped my drumming in a tremendous way. If nobody has ever heard it, here's a couple of tracks.

I recommend purchasing this package. It's well worth it(not to mention Dave probably has a mortgage and is supporting his parents now).

I think I get cjbdrm's drift, and I must agree..... It is a great CD to get your time, musicality, and chops together with. Dazzler... sorry!! No charts mate!! But if you buy the CD "Rhythm of the Soul", you can hear exactly what Dave is doing. I started out playing to the real CD, then progressed to the minus drums one. It's pretty straight forward. Some of the tunes have some parts that need to be worked out, but it's a great "groove" album with some beautiful ballads. Helps to climb into the head of the man.

Hopefully I'll be able to get some other albums without drums on them. One that Vinnie plays on and another with Joel Taylor. I'll keep you guyz posted.
